-Ascorbic acid 2-phosphate trisodium (2-Phospho-L-ascorbic acid trisodium) 是一種長效的維生素 C 衍生物 (vitamin C derivative)，可以刺激膠原蛋白的表達和形成。L-Ascorbic acid 2-phosphate trisodium (2-Phospho-L-ascorbic acid trisodium) 可以作為培養基補充人脂肪干細胞 (hASCs) 的成骨分化。L-Ascorbic acid 2-phosphate trisodium (2-Phospho-L-ascorbic acid trisodium) 增加成骨細胞分化過程中 hASC 中的堿性磷酸酶 (ALP) 活性和 runx2A 的表達。
