產(chǎn)品介紹

本產(chǎn)品為大分子膠原蛋白,溶解性較差,一般是用 0.05M TES緩沖液(PH7.5)使用研磨器制備懸濁液作為膠原酶底物。

It fundamental structural unit is a tropo-collagen,a molecular rod about 2600 in length and 15 A S in diameter with a molecular weight of 300000 daltons.Type I collagen prepared by the method of Einbinder and Schubert,J.Biol Chem 188,355(1951).Supplied as a shredded,lyophilized,insoluble preparation。A summary of the process follows:

1. Fresh bovine Achilles tendons are defatted and ground.

2. The ground tendon is soaked in sodium phosphate for five days.

3. It is then washed with KCl and soaked in KCl for 5 days.

4. Then, it is extensively washed with DI water and lyophilized.

5. Finally, it is re-shredded.
