產品介紹

本品可降低Ⅱ型糖尿病患者空腹及餐后高血糖,糖化血紅蛋白HbAlc可下降1%~2%,本品降血糖的機制可能是:①增加周圍組織對胰島素的敏感性,增加胰島素介導的葡萄糖利用;②增加非胰島素依賴的組織對葡萄糖的利用,如腦、血細胞、腎髓質、腸道、皮膚等;③抑制肝糖原異生作用,降低肝糖輸出;④抑制腸壁細胞攝取葡萄糖;⑤抑制膽固醇的生物合成和貯存,降低血甘油三酯、總膽固醇水平。與胰島素作用不同,本品無促進脂肪合成作用、對正常人無明顯降血糖作用,對Ⅱ型糖尿病單獨應用時一般不引起低血糖。 儲液配置
